Bajiwala Responsible Gaming — Keep the Fun, Keep the Control
Bajiwala believes that gaming is only truly entertaining when enjoyed responsibly. We place the highest importance on the mental well-being and financial security of every user in Bangladesh. On this page, you'll learn how to set limits, seek help, and play mindfully.
Stay in the game, don't lose yourself — our core principle
Gaming is a form of entertainment, and bajiwala wants every user to enjoy it that way. Excessive or uncontrolled gaming can have a negative impact on personal life, family relationships, and financial stability. We have built features into our platform to help you play consciously and in a controlled manner. Every user's personal limits are different — that's why we offer customizable protection tools. Your well-being is our priority.
Set Deposit Limits
Set the maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without prior notice. Maintaining financial control is the first step toward healthy gaming habits. Use Account Settings to set deposit limits or contact our support team. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
Session Time Control
Set a time limit for how long you play in one session and receive automatic notifications when the time is up. Focus decreases and decision-making weakens during long sessions — so taking breaks is essential. Enable an hourly reminder to keep track of how long you've been playing. To activate this feature, go to the "Session Limit" option in the Settings menu. Mindful breaks are an indispensable part of a healthy gaming lifestyle.
Temporary Break
If you feel like you need a little rest, you can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During the break, logging into your account or placing bets will be completely disabled. You can activate this feature yourself — no additional verification required. The break cannot be cancelled before it ends, giving you stronger protection. Pausing occasionally and checking in with yourself is a sign of healthy gaming habits.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose a long-term self-exclusion period ranging from 6 months to 5 years. Once self-exclusion is activated, your account will be completely deactivated and any attempt to open a new account during this period will also be blocked. To apply for self-exclusion, contact our support team directly. We respect your decision and provide unconditional support. Seeking help is an act of courage — don't hesitate.
When to Be Cautious — Recognize the Warning Signs
Problem gaming doesn't always appear suddenly — it builds up gradually. If any of the following applies to you or someone close to you, now is the right time to seek help.
Chasing losses with more bets can create a dangerous cycle. Each bet is independent — previous outcomes do not affect the next one. Losses should be accepted as a normal cost of entertainment. If you struggle with this mindset, please seek support.
Gaming with money meant for essential expenses or borrowed funds is a serious warning sign. Set aside a specific budget for entertainment and never exceed it. If financial pressure arises, stop playing immediately and seek support.
If you feel the need to hide your gaming from the people close to you, it's a sign that something isn't right. Honest communication is essential for healthy relationships and mental well-being. Gaming should never be more important than family relationships.
Feeling bored, restless, or irritable when not gaming may be a sign of addiction. Explore other sources of entertainment and seek professional help if needed. Taking care of your mental health is equally important.
